The company was originally founded by Antje Hess in 2000 as webdesignhess - Internet Marketing für Zahnärzte, in Freiburg, Germany, specialising on Webdesign and Internet Marketing for German Dentists.
In 2006 she moved together with her partner Dirk Röttges to Santiago de Chile, and both founded Hess y Röttges Marketing Solutions Limitada.
We are still maintaining our business relationships with our clients in Germany, Switzerland and the UK. Additionally we are now providing Internet Marketing Services for Chilean clients doing business in Europe and vice versa.

Born in 1968 in Eberswalde near Berlin Antje was an international gymnast for the former GDR. After high-school and an apprenticeship in Hotel Management she studied Business administration at Fachhochschule Worms, Germany and Complutense, Madrid, Spain. After graduating she spent 1 year working for a travel agency in Puerto Varas, Chile. Once returned to Germany she managed the implementation of the Intranet for Lufthansa Cargo in Europe and the Middle East.
In 2000 she founded webdesignhess in Freiburg, Germany and has been managing the Internet activities of her clients - mainly dentists from Germany, Switzerland and Austria - since.
In 2006 she fulfilled a long-lived dream, returned to Chile and founded the Internet Agency in this emerging country.

Dirk born in 1967, holds an MBA from University of Saarbrücken, Germany. After graduating he spent several years at various subsidiaries of General Electric, where he led a number of business improvement programmes. Since 2003 he has been working as an independent consultant for Venturehaus Ltd., a London based Lean & Six Sigma Services company.
Since the formation of webdesignhess he supported his partner in managing her Internet Agency which inspired him to develop his Internet Marketing skills, such as Search Engine Optimisation.
In 2006 both decided to take the chance that modern technologies offer; to continuing their current activities and develop a business in Chile.

Grit Harder was born in 1979 in Rostock, Germany. After an apprenticeship as Office management assistant she worked in the Shipping Industry before she decided to develop her talent for Design and Photography.
She took an apprenticeship as Designer of digital and print media. She then worked for an Internet Agency in Hamburg, Germany where she managed the Websites for customers such as Tchibo and Zino Davidoff.
In early 2007 she decided to support our Business as a Freelance Contractor. From the beginning of october 2007 she has been hired permanently.
